The West recognizes the centrality of women and women's leadership in Iran's struggle against tyranny, But some men in our community accuse women who emphasize the female-focused nature of this movement of being 'man-haters.' This is far from the truth. Today, more loudly than ever before, we proclaim what we deserve, something we have demonstrated over the past 150 years. Regardless of their personal views, men should recognize the significance of this contemporary movement.<\/span><\/pre>
Some argue that the slogan ‘Woman, Life, Freedom’ is radical, while others deem it to be inadequate. Both are wrong. This is not a mere slogan; it’s a strong manifesto. The slogan’s impact is so profound that even the chair of the Nobel Committee opens her speeches by invoking these three words. In this manifesto, the word ‘Life’ stands as a comprehensive symbol for the rights and freedoms of everyone born of women , encompassing a range of social movements that include labor movements, student movements, farmers movements, retirees, ethnic groups, and everyone else. In Iranian society, it would be a constructive shift if men became more receptive to fresh viewpoints. Rather than criticizing or attacking women who voice ideas that are internationally accepted, these men would do well to engage in self-reflection.<\/span><\/p>
Those who oppose the ‘Woman, Life, Freedom’ Manifesto should understand that they are undermining the entire movement. Today, the global community recognizes the anti-tyranny movement in Iran and the Middle East through these three words: ‘Woman, Life, Freedom”<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
